Return & Refund Policy

At Metrin, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Eligible products may be returned under the policy below. Some designated full-size Metrin Skincare Systems are also eligible for our 6 Month Money-Back Guarantee for first-time purchases. 

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our U.S. website and online store. 

6 Month Money-Back Guarantee 

First-time purchases of designated full-size Metrin Skincare Systems may be eligible for our 6 Month Money-Back Guarantee. 

If you are trying a qualifying full-size Metrin Skincare System for the first time and do not get the results you are seeking, you may request a refund within 180 days from the date of purchase. 

This guarantee applies only to products specifically identified as eligible for the 6 Month Money-Back Guarantee on the applicable product page. It does not automatically apply to travel-size systems, repeat purchases, individual products, hair care products, accessories, promotional items, gift cards, or other products unless expressly stated. 

Refunds under the 6 Month Money-Back Guarantee apply to the product purchase price only. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, brokerage, import charges, and other non-refundable charges are excluded unless otherwise required by law. 

30-Day Return Policy 

All other eligible Metrin products may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the product purchase price, less original shipping charges, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, brokerage, import charges, and other non-refundable charges, unless otherwise required by law. 

This 30-day return policy applies to eligible products that are not covered by the 6 Month Money-Back Guarantee, including travel-size systems, individual skincare products, hair care products, bundles, repeat purchases, and other eligible items, unless a product page states otherwise. 

Product-Specific Return Information 

Some product pages include a short Returns or 6 Month Money-Back Guarantee section. That product-specific section is intended to summarize the return or guarantee terms that apply to that particular product. 

If there is any inconsistency between a product page summary and this Return & Refund Policy, this Return & Refund Policy will apply, unless otherwise required by law. 

How to Start a Return or Refund Request 

To request a return or refund, please contact Client Care through our Contact Us page or return request form before sending any product back. 

Please include your order number, purchase date, and the product or products you would like to return. We may ask for proof of purchase before approving a return or refund. 

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded. 

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Metrin or otherwise required by law. 

Metrin may, at its discretion, waive the requirement to physically return a product where returning the product is impractical, uneconomical, or unnecessary. Any such waiver does not change the terms of this policy or guarantee. 

Refunds 

Once your return request is approved and any required return is received and reviewed, we will process the eligible refund to the original payment method. 

Refunds are limited to the product purchase price unless otherwise required by law. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, brokerage, import charges, and similar charges are not refundable. 

Please allow time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to post the refund to your account. 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items 

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact Client Care through our Contact Us page as soon as possible after receiving your order. 

Please include your order number and photos of the product, packaging, or issue where applicable. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other solution. 

Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges 

For U.S. orders placed through our U.S. store, applicable duties and import charges are handled by Metrin where the order is shipped on a delivered-duty-paid basis. 

For international orders outside Canada and the United States, orders may be shipped delivered-duty-unpaid. This means the customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, brokerage, customs fees, or import charges assessed by the destination country. 

These charges are separate from product prices, shipping charges, and any sales taxes collected at checkout. 

Final Sale or Non-Returnable Items 

Certain products may be marked final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase. Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by law. 

Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. 

Policy Updates 

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
