Metrin Rewards Terms & Conditions

Metrin Rewards is our way of thanking customers for making Metrin part of their skincare routine. Members can earn Metrin Reward Points on eligible purchases and selected account activities, then redeem those points for savings on future eligible purchases. 

These Rewards Terms apply to the Metrin Rewards program on metrin.com. By participating in Metrin Rewards, you agree to these Rewards Terms, our Terms & Conditions, and any additional rules shown in your Metrin account, Rewards panel, Loyalty Hub, product page, cart, or checkout. 

1. Joining Metrin Rewards 

Metrin Rewards is available to eligible customers with a Metrin customer account. 

To participate, create or log in to your Metrin account on metrin.com. Your points balance and available rewards may be shown in your account area, Rewards panel, Loyalty Hub, cart, or checkout, depending on the features available at the time. 

Metrin Rewards is free to join. Only one rewards account may be used per customer. Points may not be combined across multiple customer accounts. 

2. Customer Eligibility 

Metrin Rewards is intended for individual retail customers only. 

Business, resale, wholesale, distributor, or other non-retail purchasing accounts are not eligible to earn or redeem Metrin Reward Points unless expressly approved by Metrin. 

Metrin may determine Rewards eligibility based on account status, order type, purchase activity, or other account information. If points or rewards are issued in error, Metrin may adjust, remove, or cancel them. 

3. Separate Store Programs 

Metrin Rewards on metrin.com is separate from any rewards program offered on metrin.ca. 

Points earned on metrin.com may be redeemed only on metrin.com. Points earned on metrin.ca may be redeemed only on metrin.ca. Points, rewards, coupons, credits, or balances are not transferable between the two stores. 

Unless otherwise stated, all discounts and reward values on metrin.com are in U.S. dollars. 

4. How to Earn Points 

You may earn Metrin Reward Points through eligible activities, which may include: 

  • purchasing eligible Metrin products; 

  • creating a Metrin customer account, if a sign-up reward is available; 

  • submitting eligible product reviews, if review rewards are available; 

  • participating in selected promotions or bonus point events; and 

  • other earning opportunities displayed by Metrin from time to time. 

For product purchases, the number of points available for each eligible product may be shown on the product page, in the Rewards panel or Loyalty Hub, or at checkout at the time of purchase. 

Points are typically awarded after an eligible order is placed and processed. Metrin may delay, adjust, cancel, or remove points where an order is cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, returned, unpaid, voided, suspected of fraud, or otherwise ineligible. 

Unless otherwise stated, points are not earned on taxes, shipping charges, duties, import fees, gift cards, return shipping fees, or other non-product charges. Points may also be reduced, excluded, adjusted, or removed when a discount, promotional offer, store credit, reward, refund, or order adjustment applies. 

5. Product Reviews and Other Non-Purchase Points 

If Metrin offers points for product reviews, the review must be genuine, product-specific, and submitted by a customer with experience using the product. 

Metrin may decline, remove, or withhold points for reviews that are duplicate, incomplete, unrelated to the product, inappropriate, misleading, or submitted only to earn points. 

If Metrin offers points for social media actions, newsletter actions, surveys, or other non-purchase activities, those points may be subject to verification, limits, and availability. Metrin may change, pause, or discontinue these earning activities at any time. 

6. How to Redeem Points 

Metrin Reward Points may be redeemed for discounts on eligible future purchases when you are logged in to your Metrin account. 

Current redemption levels are: 

260 points = $10 off 

520 points = $20 off 

780 points = $30 off 

1040 points = $40 off 

1300 points = $50 off 

Reward values on metrin.com are in U.S. dollars. 

Rewards may be redeemed through the Rewards panel, Loyalty Hub, cart, or checkout, depending on the redemption options available at the time. 

7. Redemption Limits and Product Eligibility 

Reward redemptions may be limited to a maximum of up to 25% of the eligible product purchase subtotal, before taxes, shipping, duties, import fees, and other non-product charges. 

Rewards may not be available on all products, subscriptions, sale items, clearance items, bundles, gift cards, taxes, shipping charges, duties, import fees, or other non-product charges. 

Rewards may not be combined with promotional discounts, sale pricing, clearance pricing, referral discounts, affiliate offers, subscription discounts, or other offers unless expressly permitted at checkout. 

Customer-level discounts available to eligible retail customer accounts may apply with Metrin Rewards where permitted by the site, cart, or checkout. 

Unused points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, sold, transferred, assigned, or applied to past purchases. 

8. Point Expiry 

Metrin Reward Points expire two years from the date they are earned, unless otherwise stated. 

If your account is closed, inactive, suspended, or terminated, any unused points or rewards may be forfeited. 

9. Returns, Refunds, and Order Adjustments 

If an order is cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, returned, charged back, or otherwise adjusted, Metrin may deduct, reverse, or cancel any points earned from that order. 

If a reward was used on an order that is later cancelled, refunded, or returned, the reward or points may not be automatically restored. Metrin may review these situations on a case-by-case basis. 

Rewards do not replace or extend any return, refund, or guarantee rights described in our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, or Terms & Conditions. 

10. Program Changes 

Metrin may change, suspend, or discontinue Metrin Rewards, points values, earning opportunities, redemption levels, expiry rules, product eligibility, account eligibility, or promotional offers at any time. 

Where required, changes will apply on a going-forward basis. Continued participation in Metrin Rewards after changes are posted means you accept the updated Rewards Terms. 

11. Abuse, Fraud, or Misuse 

Metrin may cancel points, rewards, coupons, or accounts if we believe there has been fraud, abuse, misuse, suspicious activity, duplicate accounts, unauthorized resale activity, or any violation of these Rewards Terms or our Terms & Conditions.
