Metrin Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Metrin Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Metrin Affiliate Program operated by Metrin. 

By applying to or participating in the Metrin Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, any instructions provided in the affiliate registration process, and any program rules, commission settings, or written guidance provided by Metrin. 

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Metrin Affiliate Program. 

 
 

1. Program Overview 

The Metrin Affiliate Program is a direct referral affiliate program for approved affiliates who refer eligible retail customers to purchase Metrin products directly from Metrin. 

Approved affiliates may earn commission on eligible retail purchases made by customers they directly refer through an approved affiliate link, approved coupon code, or other tracking method recognized by Metrin’s affiliate platform. 

The Metrin Affiliate Program is administered through BixGrow or another affiliate platform selected by Metrin. 

 
 

2. Application and Approval 

Participation in the Metrin Affiliate Program is subject to application review and approval by Metrin. 

Metrin may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate any affiliate application or affiliate account at its discretion. 

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Metrin may reject applications that are incomplete, unsuitable, inconsistent with the Metrin brand, or otherwise not aligned with the purposes of the program. 

Affiliates must provide accurate and current registration, contact, tax, payout, and promotional information when requested. 

 
 

3. Affiliate Eligibility 

The Metrin Affiliate Program is intended for approved individuals, businesses, creators, educators, professionals, customers, and relationship-based partners who wish to refer retail customers to Metrin. 

Metrin may decline or restrict participation by: 

  • coupon, deal, cashback, or loyalty sites; 

  • paid ad arbitrage publishers; 

  • unauthorized resellers; 

  • marketplace sellers; 

  • spam or mass-message promoters; 

  • websites or accounts containing misleading, offensive, infringing, or unlawful content; 

  • applicants whose promotional methods are inconsistent with Metrin’s brand standards; 

  • applicants who participate in wholesale, distributor, legacy-role, or other non-retail purchasing programs without separate approval for affiliate participation. 

Metrin may also approve certain applicants with restrictions or special written conditions. 

 
 

4. Direct One-Level Affiliate Program 

The standard Metrin Affiliate Program is a direct, one-level affiliate program. 

Affiliates may earn commission only on eligible retail purchases made by customers they directly refer to Metrin through an approved affiliate link, approved coupon code, or other tracking method recognized by Metrin’s affiliate platform. 

Unless expressly approved in writing by Metrin, affiliates do not earn recruitment bonuses, mentor commissions, override commissions, team commissions, downline commissions, or compensation from another affiliate’s activity. 

Metrin may, at its sole discretion, introduce invite-only partner referral bonuses, mentor commissions, or other special affiliate arrangements in the future. Any such arrangement must be approved by Metrin in writing and will be governed by the specific terms provided at the time of approval. 

 
 

5. Relationship-Based Lifetime Commission 

Metrin’s affiliate program is designed to reward lasting customer relationships. 

For purposes of the Metrin Affiliate Program, “Lifetime Commission” means the opportunity for an approved affiliate to earn commission on eligible repeat purchases made by an approved referred customer, provided that: 

  1. the customer remains connected to the affiliate account through Metrin’s affiliate tracking system; 

  2. the customer’s purchases are eligible for commission under the program rules; 

  3. the affiliate account remains active and in good standing; 

  4. the purchase is not cancelled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise ineligible; and 

  5. Metrin has not excluded the applicable product, collection, promotion, order type, or transaction from commission eligibility. 

Lifetime Commission does not guarantee income, customer activity, customer retention, purchase frequency, future purchases, or future commission payments. 

Metrin may review, approve, deny, adjust, reverse, or terminate commissions in accordance with these Terms. 

 
 

6. Commission Rates 

Unless otherwise stated in writing by Metrin, approved affiliates may be eligible to earn: 

  • 15% commission on eligible first purchases from new retail customers they directly refer to Metrin; and 

  • 7% commission on eligible repeat purchases from connected referred customers. 

Commission rates may vary by affiliate, product, collection, customer type, promotion, order type, campaign, territory, or other program rules. 

Metrin may change commission rates, program rules, eligible products, excluded products, payout thresholds, or commission eligibility requirements at any time. 

Commission is not earned until the applicable referral, order, and commission are reviewed and approved by Metrin. 

 
 

7. Commission Calculation 

Unless otherwise stated in writing, commissions are calculated on eligible product revenue after discounts and before taxes, shipping, duties, fees, gift cards, tips, and other excluded charges. 

Commissions may be excluded or adjusted for: 

  • taxes; 

  • shipping and handling; 

  • duties, brokerage, customs, and import fees; 

  • gift cards; 

  • store credit; 

  • returns; 

  • refunds; 

  • cancellations; 

  • chargebacks; 

  • fraudulent transactions; 

  • self-referrals; 

  • wholesale, distributor, legacy-role, or non-retail purchases; 

  • products, collections, subscriptions, bundles, sale items, or promotions excluded by Metrin; 

  • orders placed in violation of these Terms. 

Metrin’s affiliate platform records are used to support referral and commission tracking, but all commissions remain subject to Metrin review and approval. 

 
 

8. Cookie Period and Tracking 

The standard cookie period is 120 days, unless otherwise changed by Metrin or configured differently in the affiliate platform. 

Referral tracking may occur through affiliate links, approved coupon codes, cookies, customer connections, or other tracking methods supported by Metrin’s affiliate platform. 

Tracking is not guaranteed. Tracking may be affected by browser settings, device changes, privacy settings, cookie blocking, customer behaviour, platform limitations, technical issues, or other factors outside Metrin’s control. 

If multiple tracking methods or multiple affiliates are associated with an order, attribution will be determined by Metrin’s affiliate platform rules and Metrin’s review decision. 

Metrin’s determination of referral attribution is final. 

 
 

9. Coupon Codes and Promotions 

Affiliates may promote only coupon codes, offers, discounts, or promotions that are assigned or expressly approved by Metrin. 

Affiliates may not: 

  • create unauthorized coupons or promotions; 

  • post or distribute unapproved coupon codes; 

  • imply that a discount exists when it does not; 

  • use expired, private, customer-specific, wholesale, distributor, loyalty, rewards, or internal codes; 

  • scrape or republish Metrin coupon codes from other sources; 

  • submit codes to coupon, deal, cashback, loyalty, browser extension, or similar sites without written approval; 

  • misrepresent the amount, availability, duration, or terms of a promotion. 

Metrin may reverse commissions associated with unauthorized coupon use or promotion misuse. 

 
 

10. Self-Referrals and Related-Party Purchases 

Affiliates may not use their own affiliate link or coupon code to earn commission on their own purchases. 

Self-referrals are not eligible for commission. 

Metrin may also deny or reverse commissions on purchases made by the affiliate, the affiliate’s business, household members, employees, agents, controlled accounts, related entities, or others acting primarily to generate commission rather than as genuine retail customers. 

 
 

11. Affiliate, Wholesale, Retail Partner, and Distributor Separation 

The Metrin Affiliate Program is separate from Metrin’s wholesale, Authorized Retail Partner, stockist, distributor, legacy distributor, and other commercial account programs. 

Affiliate commission applies only to eligible Metrin-direct retail orders that meet the program requirements. 

Affiliate commission does not apply to: 

  • wholesale purchases; 

  • Authorized Retail Partner purchases; 

  • stockist purchases; 

  • distributor purchases; 

  • legacy distributor or legacy-role purchases; 

  • the affiliate’s own purchases; 

  • purchases made through discounted commercial accounts; 

  • any transaction where the partner already receives wholesale, distributor, retail partner, or other non-retail economics. 

A single transaction may follow only one compensation path. Wholesale margin, distributor pricing, legacy-role discounts, retail partner pricing, Metrin Rewards, and affiliate commission may not be combined on the same transaction unless expressly approved by Metrin in writing. 

Legacy distributors or commercial partners who are also approved affiliates may earn affiliate commission only on eligible Metrin-direct retail referral orders, subject to these Terms and any separate written agreement. 

 
 

12. Metrin Rewards and Affiliate Orders 

Metrin Rewards is intended for eligible retail customers. 

Wholesale, reseller, distributor, Authorized Retail Partner, stockist, legacy-role, and other non-retail purchasing accounts are not eligible to earn or redeem Metrin Rewards on wholesale, distributor, or commercial account purchases. 

Affiliate commission and Metrin Rewards may be restricted, excluded, or adjusted where required to prevent duplicate benefits, improper stacking, abuse, or margin leakage. 

 
 

13. Approved Marketing and Product Claims 

Affiliates must promote Metrin honestly, accurately, and in a manner consistent with approved Metrin product information. 

Affiliates may not make unsupported, misleading, exaggerated, medical, disease-related, drug-like, or guaranteed-result claims about Metrin products. 

Affiliates may not claim that Metrin products diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or medical condition. 

Affiliates may not guarantee skincare results, timelines, outcomes, or suitability for every customer. 

Affiliates may share their honest personal experience, provided that the experience is truthful, not misleading, and clearly presented as personal experience rather than a guaranteed result. 

Metrin may require affiliates to edit, remove, or stop using any content that Metrin believes is inaccurate, misleading, non-compliant, outdated, harmful to the Metrin brand, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms. 

 
 

14. Disclosure Requirements 

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material relationship with Metrin whenever they promote Metrin, share an affiliate link or code, endorse Metrin, review Metrin, or otherwise create content that may generate commission. 

Disclosures must be easy to notice and understand. They must appear close to the affiliate link, code, recommendation, endorsement, or promotional claim. 

Examples of acceptable disclosure language may include: 

“I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link or code.” 

“As a Metrin affiliate, I may earn from qualifying purchases.” 

Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable endorsement, advertising, influencer, platform, and disclosure requirements, including those of the Federal Trade Commission and any applicable platform rules. 

 
 

15. Email, Text, Direct Messaging, and Spam 

Affiliates may not send unsolicited commercial email, text messages, direct messages, or other promotional communications. 

Affiliates may use email, SMS, direct messaging, or similar channels only if they have all required consent, include required sender identification and opt-out mechanisms, and comply with applicable laws and platform rules. 

Affiliates may not use spam, bots, scraping, purchased lists, automated mass messaging, misleading subject lines, fake identities, or deceptive outreach to promote Metrin. 

Metrin may immediately terminate affiliates who engage in spam or improper messaging. 

 
 

16. Paid Advertising and Search Restrictions 

Affiliates may not run paid advertisements using Metrin’s name, trademarks, product names, misspellings, domain names, or confusingly similar terms without prior written approval from Metrin. 

Affiliates may not bid on Metrin-branded keywords, use Metrin trademarks in paid search ads, direct-link paid ads to Metrin websites, impersonate Metrin, or create ads that appear to be official Metrin advertising without written approval. 

Affiliates may not use paid advertising in a way that competes with, misleads, inflates costs for, or interferes with Metrin’s own marketing. 

 
 

17. Websites, Social Media, and Content Standards 

Affiliates are responsible for all content they create or publish in connection with Metrin. 

Affiliate websites, social accounts, posts, videos, emails, landing pages, ads, and other promotional materials may not contain or promote: 

  • false or misleading claims; 

  • unlawful, offensive, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or obscene content; 

  • infringement of intellectual property rights; 

  • deceptive endorsements; 

  • unauthorized medical or skincare claims; 

  • unauthorized coupon, discount, or resale activity; 

  • malware, spyware, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or fraudulent tracking; 

  • content that could harm Metrin’s reputation. 

Metrin may require removal of any content that violates these Terms or Metrin’s brand standards. 

 
 

18. Intellectual Property 

Metrin grants approved affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use approved Metrin names, trademarks, logos, images, product information, and marketing materials solely for participation in the Metrin Affiliate Program and only in accordance with these Terms. 

Affiliates may not modify Metrin trademarks, logos, packaging images, product images, or brand assets except as expressly permitted by Metrin. 

Affiliates may not register, purchase, or use domain names, social media handles, ad accounts, business names, trademarks, or search terms that contain or imitate Metrin names, trademarks, or confusingly similar variations. 

All Metrin intellectual property remains the property of Metrin or its licensors. 

 
 

19. Prohibited Conduct 

Affiliates may not: 

  • engage in fraud, deception, or misleading promotion; 

  • generate artificial clicks, leads, referrals, or orders; 

  • use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden links, or unauthorized tracking methods; 

  • use bots, fake accounts, or automated traffic; 

  • make self-referrals; 

  • misrepresent themselves as Metrin employees, agents, distributors, or official representatives; 

  • provide unauthorized customer service on behalf of Metrin; 

  • make unsupported product, income, or earnings claims; 

  • promote unauthorized discounts or coupons; 

  • resell Metrin products unless separately approved as an Authorized Retail Partner, stockist, distributor, or other approved reseller; 

  • violate applicable laws, regulations, or platform rules; 

  • act in a manner that Metrin determines may harm the Metrin brand or customer trust. 

 
 

20. Order Review, Commission Approval, and Reversals 

Affiliate referrals and commissions may be recorded as pending, approved, denied, adjusted, reversed, or cancelled. 

Metrin may deny, adjust, or reverse commissions for any reason permitted under these Terms, including where an order is: 

  • cancelled; 

  • refunded; 

  • partially refunded; 

  • returned; 

  • charged back; 

  • fraudulent; 

  • self-referred; 

  • duplicate; 

  • ineligible; 

  • associated with unauthorized coupon use; 

  • associated with a wholesale, distributor, legacy-role, or commercial account; 

  • connected to a violation of these Terms. 

Metrin’s determination regarding referral eligibility, commission eligibility, attribution, approval, denial, adjustment, and reversal is final. 

 
 

21. Payouts 

Approved commissions may be eligible for payout after the applicable review period, refund period, payout threshold, and administrative requirements have been satisfied. 

Metrin may set or change payout methods, payout schedules, minimum payout thresholds, payout currencies, tax documentation requirements, and payment processing rules. 

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information. Metrin is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected payments caused by inaccurate information provided by the affiliate. 

Metrin may withhold payment where required by law, where information is incomplete, where fraud or violation is suspected, or where commissions remain subject to review. 

 
 

22. Taxes 

Affiliates are independent participants and are responsible for their own taxes, filings, reporting, and compliance obligations arising from affiliate commissions or other compensation. 

Metrin may request tax documentation before issuing payment and may report payments as required by applicable law. 

 
 

23. Independent Contractor Relationship 

Participation in the Metrin Affiliate Program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, partnership, distributor, reseller, or representative relationship between the affiliate and Metrin. 

Affiliates have no authority to bind Metrin, make commitments on behalf of Metrin, provide warranties, approve returns, handle customer disputes, or represent themselves as Metrin employees or official representatives. 

 
 

24. Customer Relationship 

Customers who purchase directly from Metrin are Metrin customers. 

Metrin is responsible for operating its website, processing direct orders, and managing direct customer service for Metrin-direct purchases. 

Affiliates may not interfere with Metrin’s customer relationships, misuse customer information, or represent that customers referred to Metrin belong to the affiliate. 

 
 

25. Program Changes 

Metrin may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Metrin Affiliate Program, these Terms, commission rates, eligible products, excluded products, payout rules, cookie periods, platform settings, or any other program feature at any time. 

Changes may apply to future orders, future commissions, or continued participation in the program. 

Continued participation after changes are posted or communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 

 
 

26. Suspension and Termination 

Metrin may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, if Metrin determines that the affiliate has violated these Terms, engaged in misconduct, harmed the Metrin brand, created legal or compliance risk, or is otherwise unsuitable for continued participation. 

Upon termination, the affiliate must stop using Metrin affiliate links, codes, trademarks, content, images, and program materials. 

Metrin may deny or reverse unpaid commissions associated with violations, fraud, improper conduct, or ineligible activity. 

 
 

27. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metrin is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to the Metrin Affiliate Program, affiliate platform errors, tracking issues, commission disputes, program changes, or termination. 

Metrin does not guarantee that the affiliate platform, tracking, links, codes, website, or program will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. 

 
 

28. Indemnification 

Affiliates agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Metrin and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to: 

  • the affiliate’s promotional activities; 

  • content created or published by the affiliate; 

  • violation of these Terms; 

  • violation of applicable laws or platform rules; 

  • unauthorized claims, disclosures, emails, messages, ads, or promotions; 

  • misuse of Metrin intellectual property; 

  • fraud, negligence, or misconduct by the affiliate. 

 
 

29. Governing Terms 

These Terms, together with any written program rules, application terms, commission settings, and affiliate platform terms referenced by Metrin, govern participation in the Metrin Affiliate Program. 

In the event of a conflict between public promotional copy and these Terms, these Terms control.

Please do not use the affiliate program for general customer service, product returns, or order support unless instructed by Metrin.
